Ryan Thompson
Ryan is a lifelong Alaskan with a passion for all things fitness! Ryan grew up playing football, soccer, and wrestling which taught him to appreciate the process of getting in shape and maximizing athletic performance. In high school, he was in and out of the Physical Therapy clinic until he finally buckled down and got serious about his training. After completing multiple separate rounds of various injury rehab, Ryan decided to work in a Physical Therapy clinic. For three years, he worked through exercise programs set forth by Physical Therapists with patients in an outpatient clinic, which has provided him with invaluable orthopedic rehabilitation experience.
Ryan enjoys learning and coaching all aspects of fitness and nutrition. His experience as an athlete of multiple sports on top of his experience working with Physical Therapy patients provides clients with a unique and useful skill set to help any client reach any goal! Whether you are looking to get stronger, lose some weight, feel better, get ready for a sports season, or just need some direction in the daunting fitness world, Ryan can help you! While his focus is in post-Physical Therapy programs and sports strength and conditioning, he enjoys working with everyone aspiring to become healthier, happier and improve their overall wellbeing.
Ryan is a Certified Personal Trainer through NSCA, Certified Powerlifting Coach through USAPL, and holds a Bachelor of Science from UAA.
